Blanca Aldaco's Avocado Margarita

   

6 oz ready made frozen margarita
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 medium avocado, scooped in small pieces
1 oz sweet and sour


This is the delicious drink of the NBC Today Show chose to feature on its live broadcast from San Antonio's Arneson River Theater. La Maestra, Blanca Aldaco, serves the refreshing margarita at Aldaco's Stone Oak.

Blend for 10 seconds. Rim the glass with chile lime salt for a zesty kick.
Makes one margarita.
